Youth development is one of the focuses of the Hang Lung As One Volunteer Team. On Saturday, August 23, over 50 volunteers participated in a training workshop, to learn skills to help them better communicate with youths, as well as to strengthen team-spirit through various activities including teambuilding games, roleplaying and sharing. Ellen Li from the Legal & Secretarial Department, who joined the volunteer team in 2013, said, "Understanding the needs of the younger generation is important to communicate with them. That way, it can become an effective way to express our love and care." After the activities, volunteers said that the communication skills and techniques they learned were not only useful to communicate with youngsters, but also in helping them to get along with others socially.
