To gain a better understanding of frontline training needs in order to design effective training strategies, Academy 66 sent four colleagues from the Learning & Development Department to Fashion Walk, Hang Lung Centre, The Peak Galleria and Kornhill Apartments for onsite attachments. The colleagues were divided into groups and stationed in the projects for three days in order to fully understand the daily operations of the Leasing and Management teams. The Assistant Manager of Learning & Development Department, Zoe Hui, who also joined the attachment program said,“Through this program, I understand that frontline colleagues are extremely busy with operational challenges. In order to organize suitable trainings for them, we must be more considerate of their working environment and needs.”
