A different world is like this –

You are in a vibrant city with colors, lights and sounds, but with a turn at the corner, what appears in front of you is simply tranquility – green landscapes, running water and birds in breeze-blown trees.

The different world is situated at 23-39 Blue Pool Road.

A Merge of Tranquility and Urban Vitality

23-39 Blue Pool Road provides 18 three-story semi-detached houses. The houses are positioned horizontally for tranquility and privacy, and to avoid being able to see into neighboring houses through the windows. Although the project is located in a vibrant, busy commercial area, the design of the landscaped walls and the water feature provide a quiet, almost rustic ambiance that sets it far apart from the urban hustle and bustle. With the pleasure of the peaceful sound of running water, and the birds and the breeze through the trees, the project is an oasis of tranquility for residents to return home to.

Mr. Simon Wong, a reputable interior designer who conceptualized the interior design of the two show houses at 23-39 Blue Pool Road, says, "We have designed a real 'home' where residents can feel comfortable and at ease within the cozy warmth of their own private space. The foot print of each unit ensures maximum utilization of space, making the placement of furniture flexible, especially in the spacious dining and living rooms." In addition, the living room can open up to the yard to create a bigger area connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.

    Superior Enjoyment in Tranquility

With a saleable area of 4,571-4,599 square feet over three stories, and a total area of over 2,000 square feet of other specified items including a roof, a yard and parking spaces (not included in the saleable area), the interior design of the Blue Pool Road project is simple and unpretentious in its sophistication. The units are designed with five bedroom suites, equipped with prestigious international kitchen and washroom appliances, a BBQ grill and a jacuzzi. With the addition of parking spaces for two cars and a private elevator from the ground to first and second floors, residents are assured of a safe and private environment in which to enjoy the best things in life.

    Environmental Pledges Win International Honors

Apart from interior design, the surroundings and environmentally-friendly features of the project should not be left without mention. 23-39 Blue Pool Road was awarded a Gold Level Certificate under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Homes program by the U.S. Green Building Council. It is the first and the largest project in Hong Kong and on the Mainland to attain this certification to-date.

23-39 Blue Pool Road is designed by KPF, a world-renowned U.S. architectural firm, with a reputation for award-winning properties, including international accolades like the silver award in the category of Best Residential Development in the 2014 MIPIM Asia Awards, the Autodesk Hong Kong BIM Awards 2012 award for innovative application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, and the Certificate of Excellence in Architecture (Best Residential) in the professional category at the 10th Perspective Awards.

"The double-glazed façade featuring a folding wave of glass panels and window frames of varying sizes, artfully and masterfully presents the harmony between the basic design elements of shapes and lines, creating a simple but chic outlook. The walls of the buildings, constructed using striated stones, bring a feeling of warmth with the use of warm colors." James von Klemperer, President and Design Principal of KPF who is responsible for the project, added that 23- 39 Blue Pool Road is a unique "townhouse", and one of the latest KPF masterpieces.
