Riverside 66 organized a large-scale drill on May 25 (Monday) to enhance colleagues' and tenants' awareness of the mall's capacity to deal with fires and other emergencies. The drill re-enacted scenarios where someone is trapped in an elevator or has fallen from height. Some colleagues were equipped with firemen's gear while the fire services department sent their fire engine to demonstrate what should be done in the event of these scenarios. About 500 tenants and their staff took part in the drill, finding out what their role is in emergencies.

On May 22 (Friday), a total of 12 colleagues joined the Effective Coaching Skills Workshop to learn more about their leadership styles. They were also given tips on instructing and counselling subordinates, and took part in games to learn about the importance of effective communication.
