    Green Tea Cheese Tart (12 servings)

    Ingredients :

    Plain flour    250g
    Butter 150g
    Icing sugar 100g
    Green tea powder 10g
    Egg 1

     

    Fillings:

    Cream cheese        250g
    Whipping cream 160g
    Icing sugar 150g
    Green tea powder 25g
    Egg 2/3

          

    Directions

    Pastry:

    1. Mix the butter with icing sugar.

    2. Sieve with green tea powder and plain flour into the mixture. Add the whisked egg little by little.

    3. Wrap the dough with cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    4. Place the pastry into the tart shells. Prick the base with a fork.

     

    Fillings :

    1. Soften the cream cheese and stir it until creamy.

    2. Mix the cheese mixture with whipping cream, 2/3 egg, green teapowder and icing sugar.

    3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes. Pour the fillings into the tartshells until 90% full. Bake for 8 minutes.
