The Japanese café, Cosmos House, has arrived at Kornhill Plaza! As well as offering pancakes and pastas, the café is introducing to Hong Kong for the first time, the highly popular Japanese soft-serve ice cream, CREMIA. The luscious ice cream is made using fresh milk with 12.5% fat content and rich Hokkaido whipped cream, and is served in a wavyshaped, "langues de chat" (cat tongue cookies) butter cone, giving it a texture that is at once creamy and crunchy. No wonder this ice cream has already whetted the appetites of crowds of fans in just the few months since it made its debut!
