    Recruiting and retaining great talents are vital to a company's success. Hang Lung always values these two crucial factors and devotes its best efforts to employee relations management and cultivating the best employer's brand. On October 20 (Friday), General Manager – Human Resources Janet Poon was invited to speak at the HR Conference to share the Company's innovative approaches to talent attraction and retention.

     

    Poon took one of the Company's recruitment programs, the Hang Lung Management Trainee Program, as an example to introduce how to plan a unique recruitment process and the importance of ''candidate experience''. She also introduced other staff engagement initiatives including the Breakfast Meeting with CEO, the Emerald Award, the Hang Lung Challenge and the Hang Lung Social Club, showing how the Company values its staff and enhances staff engagement. Finally, she shared that the Company has started using WeChat, the popular mobile application on the Mainland, as a major communication platform between the Company and its staff to enhance effectiveness.
