    Time and energy are limited. Sometimes you may encounter failure even though you have put in a lot of effort. If you want to achieve the most under limitations of time, you need to be highly effective. The Company organized The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Foundation Program for colleagues on February 23 (Friday). Florence Leung, a trainer with the world leader in consulting and training FranklinCovey, pointed out that high effectiveness means getting the results we want in our work and personal lives over and over again, while the seven key habits are "be proactive", "begin with the end in mind", "put first things first", "think win-win", "seek first to understand, then to be understood", "synergize" and "sharpen the saw". 

     

    Maryellen Wat, a Management Trainee 2017, said, “The program has inspired me to have new perspectives on work and life. Through case studies, I learned about my strengths and areas for improvement. I look forward to putting the 7 habits into practice, and to achieving my goals in workplace as a highly effective person.”
